Business Studies (BBSXX)
The FETAC Certificate in Business Studies provides students with an excellent combination of both business and Information Technology modules. The course covers many areas, with an emphasis on information technology. The Business Studies course will provide students with a foundation in the skills and knowledge required to work in a company or to help set up their own business. Students will be encouraged to take responsibility for their own achievements and advancements.

CAREER OPTIONS
Graduates of this course have a full range of career opportunities at junior executive level in business and especially in Accounting, Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Market Research and Sales/Retail Management, Financial Services in private sector services and the public service. As well as offering a direct route to employment, the FETAC Level 5 Business Studies Certificate provides access to Third Level education. The Higher Education Links Scheme enables holders of this Certificate to progress to Certificate and Diploma awards at various Institutes of Technology.
